Business Card Printing in Oregon City

by admin on May 22, 2011

A business card is a very important part of your marketing program.

First, think of it as your elevator speech. If it’s memorable, it works. If it’s not, it needs to be fixed.

Secondly, how well does it reflect your business? What’s the persona that your business card presents?

Third, will it engage your customers and make the cut to be kept?

Everyone in business receives hundreds, if not thousands of business cards every year. Just from a single Oregon City Chamber of Commerce meeting you may leave with a couple of hundred business cards. The question is, does yours make the cut?

• Make sure your business card represents your business’ identity.

• Use color—keep your corporate colors and logos consistent.

• Add a company “tag line” to your business card that clearly explains what you do.

Although the size of a US business card is a standard 2” x 3.5”, you can round one or more corners for a special look. Small physical deviations will give you a leg up while still easily fitting into a business card holder.

The biggest issue is the overall quality of the business card. Nothing says quality and professionalism like clear, crisp printing. This is so important because your card will be compared to all the other cards your prospective client receives. Nothing says, “I want to do business with you” like high quality printing. Even an untrained eye will be able to easily distinguish between poorly printed business cards and high quality business cards when compared side by side.

Make your business cards work for you. Give them the attention  they deserve and your clients will see the difference.

Now, go take a fresh look at your own business card!
